Our company is a full service exhibitions and trade show organiser with over 15 years experience in trade and consumer exhibitions globally. We are looking for a motivated, creative, talented and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
Must be open-minded, interested in personal developments, loves a challenge, working in a high paced environment and loves to work at shows on-site.
Reporting to the Project Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Marketing support functions such as production and distribution of marketing materials, executing different campaigns
- User Manuals and brief management
- Social media management
- Executing different marketing campaigns
- Customer support function – social media, email, phone
- Marketing collateral development
- Daily report generation
- Onsite event coordination
- Oversee external contractors
To be considered for this exciting role, the following skills and experience are essential:
- Excellent IT skills including experience updating websites and strong MS office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deal with a high volume of work
- Initiative and strong judgement
- Experience in a similar role essential
- Confidence and enthusiasm
- Tertiary qualifications are highly desirable in Business/Marketing
