About Us

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, enthusiastic and hard working Company Accountant to assist in the day to day running of the business.

Role and Responsibilities 

  • Reconcile bank statements both AUD and USD
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the finance department.
  • Process fortnightly payroll.
  • Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date.
  • Supporting the senior accountant
  • Manage end to end accounts receivable and accounts payable duties
  • Verify financial statements, ledgers and accounts.
  • Prepare profit and loss and balance sheet
  • Prepare BAS return
  • Maintain the budget and cash flow
  • Reconcile inter company transactions
  • Reconcile credit cards
  • Other administrative duties

If you are up for a challenge this is a role for you.  Ideally you will have:

  • tertiary qualifications in Finance or Business
  • 3 to 5 years experience in similar role
  • good knowledge and experience in a range of software including MYOB, Excel, Word etc
  • demonstrated ability working with established systems and processes in performing a range of finance administration tasks and activities
  • high levels of interpersonal skills and to communicate effectively, together with problem solving and decision-making skills
  • sound administration and organisational skills, close attention to detail and proven ability to independently manage workloads and deadlines
