We are looking for an individual with extensive project management and software implementation experience to join our Kolkata team as a Project Manager.

The Project Management Function is responsible for the overall relationship management of overseas product teams and day to day activities. The Project Management Function is responsible to ensure the delivery of quality projects and services on time and through effective management

• Management of scope, documentation, and the successful delivery of objectives and outcomes across multiple complex projects for multiple clients
• Continually develop and maintain proactive internal and external networks that are crucial to the delivery of projects
• Ability to strategically plan around unforeseen escalations and maximise scheduling effectiveness
• Effective application of appropriate project methodology and Resolve project standards
• Confidence and polish to communicate with all levels of the business regarding client requirements, configurations and overall projects performance
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial project impacts and overall results for Resolve Software

Experience and skills

• You will have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in project management within a software environment
• You will have experience in leading complex teams and ensure the continuous development and support of others
• Your communication and stakeholder engagement skills will be second to none and you will be well versed in bringing multiple parts of an organisation together
• Experience with Data Management Platforms is desirable
• Possess general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design
• IT related degree or equivalent
• Good Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Previous PMO experience would be considered advantageous
